Our stock availability is subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, discrepancies may occasionally occur, and some items may not be available when you place your order. In such cases, we will fulfill the available items and contact you to decide whether you want to wait for the restocked item or prefer a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The total shipping cost will be added to your purchase price and will be the final amount charged for shipping.
3. Returns and Refunds
- 3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept returns due to a change of mind if you notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is at your expense, and you must arrange the shipping. Once we receive and accept the returned items, we will issue a store credit for future purchases, excluding any shipping costs paid. - 3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims made within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers need to pre-pay the return shipping, which we will reimburse upon a successful warranty claim. Once we receive the items, we will process your claim within 7 days. You can choose from a refund, store credit, or a replacement item, depending on stock availability. - 3.3 Refunds

4. Delivery Terms

We ship to P.O. box addresses via postal services only. Courier services are not available for these addresses. - 4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS but not via courier services. - 4.7 Out of Stock Items
