Things To Keep In Mind

We are only allowed to deliver to residential addresses as per state law.

Additional address verification may be required for some orders.

NEW DELIVERY CUSTOMERS

The delivery address must match the one on your ID. If not, further verification will be necessary through a utility bill, lease, or another official document with your name and delivery address on it.

  • Last call for delivery orders is 7:00 PM daily.
  • Recreational customers: Have a valid ID or driver’s license ready when the driver arrives.
  • Medical patients: Have your valid ID, driver’s license, and medical marijuana card ready when the driver arrives.
  • Scheduled deliveries are available.
  • Orders within 5 miles require a $100 minimum.
  • Orders beyond 5 miles require a $150 minimum.
  • Delivery fees are waived for all orders.
  • Due to the high volume of orders, deliveries placed after 5:00 PM may not be fulfilled until the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at any time.
  • Some addresses within certain zip codes may not be eligible for delivery.

How Do I Order?

For recreational customers, start by clicking “Shop All” or “Categories” at the top of this page, or “Shop Menu” on the bottom left if you’re on mobile. Ensure you’re shopping in the correct menu: Medical or Recreational, as noted on the top right of the page.

After shopping, click “Proceed to Checkout”. Select Delivery when prompted. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation text within 15 minutes. A second text will be sent when the driver is en route, and a final text when they are 5 minutes away.

Note: If paying via AeroPay, your order won’t be dispatched until we receive payment confirmation. Wait to send the payment until we send you the payment link.

When the driver arrives, ensure you have your payment (if paying in cash), a valid ID, and a medical card (for medical patients).

Can I order delivery over the phone?

While we can assist in placing your order online, we cannot manually input your order. You’ll need to upload your ID. Creating a Dutchie account will allow you to upload these documents once, so future orders are simpler. Click here to create a Dutchie account.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on factors such as distance, drivers available, and weather. Our delivery radius is 25 miles, and we strive to deliver as efficiently as possible.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, we encourage placing your delivery order up to 48 hours in advance for better efficiency and planning. We’ll call you the day of delivery to confirm.

What if I’m outside the delivery radius?

Generally, we don’t offer out-of-radius deliveries, but give us a call. If a driver is headed in your direction, a small fee may apply.

Can I order both Medical & Recreational items?

Yes, but you’ll need to place separate orders. Use the same name, phone number, email, and address, and we’ll combine them for discounts.
